From the historic center, continue north along Route I2 and you will reach Sandrigo, where a stop is strongly recommended because of the presence of the Confraternita del baccalà (Brotherhood of Codfish). In this area all restaurants offer Vicenza-style cod accompanied by the wines Vespaiolo and Torcolato di Breganze, Durello dei Monti Lessini or the Tocai Rosso dei Colli Berici. Tasting at the winery of a local winery.

You will continue to the cellars where the grappa rests in about 4,000 barriques. You will pedal to Marostica, a town known for its production of high-quality cherries. Passing through Bassano del Grappa you will approach the lands of prosecco. Bassano is home to the interesting Grappa Museum, which is worth a visit, and the famous Ponte degli Alpini bridge. You will continue on to Asolo, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The taverns in the area offer plenty of wines, such as Prosecco Superiore, Torchiato di Fregona and Refrontolo Passito. From here you will reach Maser, in whose vicinity is located the Temple of Canova. Finally you will arrive in Valdobbiadene, home of Prosecco. Tasting at a winery.
