After a short and simple introduction, you will learn to maneuver one of our boats safely. A technician will always be available to provide all the necessary instructions and help you start your journey with confidence.
No boating license is required to navigate the lagoon: the houseboats are fully autonomous and designed for anyone who wants to enjoy a new experience without complications.
Before departure, the staff always provides a practical trial, during which basic maneuvers, rules, and useful tips for safe navigation are explained. After just a few minutes of practice, you’ll already feel comfortable: it’s really easier than it looks.
An adventure suitable for everyone — just bring your curiosity and enjoy the lagoon at your own pace and freedom.

Po Delta
Route: Chioggia → Boccasette* → Adria → Chioggia
Branches crossed: Po di Brondolo, Po di Venezia, Po di Maistra
Distance: 136 km, 8 locks, approx. 19 hours of navigation
Day 1: Chioggia → Cavanella
Boarding at Chioggia, Isola dell’Unione, at the Rendez Vous Fantasia base.
Sail south along the Canale Lombardo, then reach the entrance of the Canale di Valle toward Cavanella: a charming village nestled between river and lagoon landscapes, Mediterranean scrub, and cultivated land producing local specialties. An evocative itinerary immersed in nature and tradition.
Day 2: Cavanella → Porto Viro → Boccasette*
Navigate through Po di Brondolo, Po di Venezia, and Po di Maistra, discovering a true natural paradise and a window onto the pink flamingos.
Boccasette, located on the 45th parallel (marked by a plaque), likely takes its name from being near the seventh Po mouth. A few kilometers from the town center (population ~750) is the popular Boccasette beach.
Day 3: Boccasette → Adria → Chioggia*
Sail to Adria, the Etruscan city that gave the Adriatic Sea its name.
Highlights:
- National Archaeological Museum: Etruscan and Roman artifacts
- Church of Santa Maria Assunta della Tomba
- Old Cathedral of San Giovanni
In the afternoon, sail back to Chioggia, a lively seaside town with a fishbone layout where art, folklore, and popular traditions blend with nature. Spend the night here, strolling through the historic center and returning the boat the next morning by 9:00.
Note: Boccasette can only be safely reached at tide levels below zero; alternatively, it can be visited by bike while mooring at Porto Tolle.

Grado & Marano Lagoon
Route: Marano → Aquileia → Grado → Precenicco → Marano Lagunare
Distance: 91 km, approx. 13 hours of navigation
Day 1: Marano → Aquileia → Grado
Start from the Marina di Portomaran base. Passing through Isola di Porto Buso (until 1915 the Italy-Austria border), reach Aquileia, a major archaeological site of Northern Italy and UNESCO World Heritage. Once known as “Second Rome”, the town is centered around the Patriarchal Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta and incorporates ancient Roman ruins crossed by the Natissa River. Highlights include the Roman Forum and the Sepolcreto.
Proceed along the Litoranea Veneta to Grado, a historic seaside and spa town.
Highlights:
- Venetian-style streets
- Early Christian monuments such as Basilica of Sant’Eufemia, Santa Maria delle Grazie, and Sanctuary of Madonna di Barbana (on a nearby island)
- Characteristic casoni (straw-roofed fisher huts) and small sandy islands
End the day with a relaxing spa treatment at Grado Marine Spa and a delicious dinner in the old town. Overnight in Grado.
Day 2: Grado → Lignano Sabbiadoro → Precenicco
Sail toward Lignano Sabbiadoro along the Litoranea Veneta, turning toward the Bocca dei Canali.
Lignano, between the Marano Lagoon, Tagliamento riverbank, and Adriatic Sea, is known for its golden sands (“Sabbiadoro”). The beach features exclusive wellness areas with gazebos and hot tubs.
Visit Parco Zoo Punta Verde, a biodiversity-rich, eco-friendly park, ideal for families.
Continue to Precenicco, reaching it in about 2 hours along a relaxing, nature-immersed route, and visit the Sanctuary of Madonna della Neve.
Day 3: Precenicco → Marano
Return via Cialisa and Canal Caron, reaching the marina of Aprilia Marittima, the largest nautical complex in Europe, then return to Rendez Vous Fantasia base in Marano Lagunare.
Highlights of Marano Lagunare:
- Historical fishing town with Venetian-era buildings: Loggia Maranese, Torre Millenaria (32 m, from 1066), Palazzo dei Provveditori
- Other landmarks: Bastione di Sant’Antonio, Church of San Martino, Church of Madonna della Salute
Overnight at the base and return the boat the next morning by 9:00.

Brenta Riviera
Route: Chioggia → Malamocco → Fusina → Stra → Chioggia
Distance: 100 km, 6 locks, 18 movable bridges, approx. 14 hours of navigation
Day 1: Chioggia → Pellestrina
Board in the early afternoon at Chioggia. Weather permitting, start sailing toward Pellestrina, a picturesque fishing village.
Highlights:
Untouched beaches
Walk along the famous “murazzi” separating the town from the sea
Public moorings near excellent seafood restaurants
Day 2: Pellestrina → Fusina → Moranzani → Malcontenta → Mira → Dolo → Stra
Cross the Bacino di Malamocco, then sail along Malcontenta/Marghera channel toward Fusina, leaving the Venice lagoon for the Riviera del Brenta.
Locks and highlights:
- Moranzani lock, gateway to the Riviera
- Malcontenta, home to Villa Foscari by Andrea Palladio (“La Malcontenta”)
- Other villas: Villa Priuli, Palazzo Mocenigo, Palazzo Gradenigo, Villa Valmarana’s barchessa, Casinò Moscheni
- Dolo, historic mill and monumental squero
- Stra, with the majestic Villa Pisani Nazionale, the largest on the Riviera
Day 3: Stra → Moranzani → Chioggia
Return to the lagoon along the same route. Arrive in Chioggia before sunset.
Highlights:
- Walk along Corso del Popolo
- Visit Torre di S. Andrea, home to the oldest clock in the world
- Sottomarina beach (~700 m from the base)
Overnight at the base and return the boat the next morning.
