FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Are you looking for quick answers to your most frequently asked questions? If so, you’re in the right place!

Our FAQ page is designed to provide you with clear and detailed information on a wide range of topics.

We have gathered the most common questions from our users and organized them in a simple and accessible way.

You will always have access to a local emergency phone number for assistance.

On self-guided trips, you should be able to handle minor repairs, such as replacing an inner tube in case of a puncture or fixing a dropped chain. However, for more serious breakdowns, on-site support is available.

If you encounter major difficulties, we’re here for you! Simply contact the assistance number provided, share your location, and describe the issue. Both our team and our local partners will be ready to step in and find the best solution for you.

Are you planning a group tour? A week with friends or a weekend with colleagues? Fantastic!

We’ll be happy to send you a non-binding tour offer tailored to your ideas. Just specify your preferred region and any other relevant details, and we’ll put together a customized trip for you.

Sure, you can bring your own bike. In that case, make sure it meets the following criteria: multiple gears, wide tires, and general road safety standards.

Remember to bring a puncture repair kit and everything you need for small bike repairs.

Do a bike check-up before you leave to ensure a safe start to your journey!

Our services ensure a smooth and perfectly organized cycling vacation, including consideration of individual meal requests. For example, if you’re vegetarian, simply let us know your special request in the registration form.

With individual tours, you’re responsible for your own meals, which means you can stop at selected restaurants to enjoy vegetarian food, for example.

The arrival and departure will be organized by you. You can choose to arrive by car, train, or plane. You’ll find helpful information on how to reach the starting point of your trip in the “things to know” section.

But if you need any help… just ask!

Our active trips always take place outdoors, and while we do our best to ensure that each vacation runs smoothly, we are powerless against weather conditions. Therefore, we follow the philosophy of “hop on your bike” or “lace up your shoes” and set off on an adventure! With the right rain gear, you can easily manage even a rainy day. And if the rain doesn’t seem to stop, in some stages, there is the option to complete the route using public transport (not included in the price!).
